R2What Moveall does

Moveall moves homes: houses, apartments and units, with the furniture and the boxes in them. That is the work this site is about, and it is set out on house removalists in Adelaide, apartment removalists in Adelaide and residential removalists in Adelaide. Around the move itself, Moveall offers three named services.

• Wrap & Pack. Moveall wraps and packs all approved household items and supplies all the boxes and packing materials, with purpose-made boxes and wrapping for clothes, books, heavy items, fragile items, TVs and artwork. See packing and moving services in Adelaide.
• Supercharge. Extra team members and specialty equipment for heavy and bulky items such as a piano or pool table, as part of a move.
• Moveall Interstate. Door-to-door interstate removals into and out of South Australia, moving entire contents, specialist furniture and cargo by road and rail freight, with a free in-home quote. Moveall also names regional South Australia: the Adelaide Hills, the Fleurieu Peninsula, Mount Gambier, Port Lincoln and Kangaroo Island.

Moveall for Business handles office relocations, new furniture fit-outs and regular removals for Adelaide’s property stylists, home stagers and interior designers, with trade accounts for business clients. Office moves are not the subject of this site, but they are part of what Moveall does.

R3How Moveall quotes

A Moveall quote is built on an inventory. For interstate moves, Moveall’s customer care team asks about the bedrooms and living areas, the access at both homes and any heavy or bulky items, then emails a tailor-made quote. Local house moves are quoted from the same kind of list. Moveall’s terms explain why the list matters: a fixed-price quote relies on the inventory from the quote, and items added on the day are charged by the hour.

The terms also ask customers to have loose items packed in cartons and furniture emptied of loose items, and to keep a clear, safe path between the truck and the home, with children, pets and other trades kept clear. None of that is unusual, but it is worth knowing before moving day. Moveall’s full terms and conditions are on its own website.

R4Booking and payment

Moveall takes bookings online, which it says takes under two minutes, and by phone through its customer care team. It accepts the major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay, which Moveall describes as interest free with no additional processing fees. For local moves, Moveall takes a deposit to confirm the booking and the balance a day or two after the move; for interstate moves, payment is made in full on the day of the move.

Moveall refers to its own strict handling and packaging procedures, and furniture travels wrapped in moving blankets. Moveall holds $20 million public liability cover. Ask us about transit insurance for your belongings when you book, so you know before moving day what is covered and how.
